Reach Out-Inform us of your rental preferences! Drop us an email with your name, preferred email, and a brief description of what you're seeking (location, size, number of renters, etc.). Email: rentals@mountain2river.com Upon receiving your email, we'll confirm your interest and add your name to our potential tenant list.
Rental Application – Once a rental becomes available, we'll send you the property listing. You can then decide if you want to apply for the property or not. There's a one-time $25 application fee covering credit checks, background checks, and other assessments to ensure you qualify. This fee is a single payment, and once you're in our system, you'll have priority for future listings.
Interview—Upon completing your application, we'll schedule a Zoom meeting for a final interview. We'll provide details about the listing and address any questions you may have.
Placement—Assuming the other steps go smoothly, we'll coordinate your move-in, handle signed leases, and provide the correct keys.
