My journey to the Methow began with driving over from the west side to backcountry ski, rock climb and bike in this beautiful valley and surrounding mountain ranges. This journey quickly became a way of life, landing me part-time in an off-grid cabin above the town of Methow and then to a full-time home in Mazama beginning in 2011. I now live in Winthrop and soon in Twisp so I can say I’ve lived in many communities during my 18 years part- and full-time here in the Methow Valley.

My career path has varied over the years. I attended College of Charleston and earned a B.S. in Marine Biology; this led me to Maine to work in a molecular biology research lab which led me to University of Washington to continue research and eventually into project management and business development in the biotech industry. After moving to the Methow, I began working as the office manager at North Cascades Mountain Guides and during this time began working as an EMT for Aero Methow Rescue Service where I still work part-time as a Paramedic.

I have had the lucky experience of raising two children here and we spend as much time as we can recreating in the mountains and on local trails. I have had the learning experience of building, renovating, and buying homes in the Methow and feel these experiences will help others in their real estate journey.
