Ina Clark

OWNER, MANAGING BROKER

Ina’s love of and success in real estate is grounded by her ability to develop relationships with people. A long-time Outward Bound instructor and sea-kayak touring company owner, Ina knows how to listen to people and figure out how to help them get their needs met.

After working seasonally in the Methow Valley for 26 years, Ina moved to the Methow Valley full-time in 2003, settling in Mazama with her husband and young children. Her love for the valley deepened, and she made it her home: one of the best decisions she’s ever made. Ina has lived all over the United States and says with conviction that the Methow Valley is her favorite place. After working at another agency for many years, Ina opened her own brokerage, with partner Brian Colin, in order to best serve her clients with individually-tailored focus.

Ina’s background in business, residential construction and home ownership, recreation, education, and real estate makes her well-suited to help you buy or sell your Methow Valley property, while her approachable and friendly style makes her an easy and enjoyable real estate professional to collaborate with.

Ina is an adventurer who loves skiing, whitewater rafting, backpacking, hiking and bicycling. While raising her children in the Methow Valley, Ina twice completed two self-supported cross-country bicycle trips with her family. Her intimate familiarity of alpine and Nordic skiing in the Methow Valley, hiking and biking trails in the North Cascades, the Methow River, and backcountry horseback riding areas makes her a favorite for clients who value recreation. Ina’s comprehensive knowledge of the benefits and drawbacks of particular Methow Valley properties give her an unparalleled agent advantage. Ina has become familiar with the homes she helps buy and sell; she’s walked the properties; she knows the neighborhoods. With Ina, you get a well-prepared collaborator who will help you navigate what might otherwise be a stressful real estate process
