Preparation - Following our initial meeting, we'll conduct a walkthrough of your property, going through our rental-ready checklist. We'll advise you on any necessary preparations to ensure your home is ready for safe rental.
Listing - Once your property is prepared, we'll capture photos and create a compelling listing to be featured on various rental platforms and shared with our pool of potential tenants.
Tenant Selection - Utilizing our rigorous tenant screening process, we'll carefully choose a qualified tenant for your property.
Move-In - We'll coordinate the move-in date, handle lease paperwork, keys, security deposit, and any other details associated with the move-in process.
Ongoing Management - If you choose to continue working with us, we'll handle all tenant communication, conduct regular month-to-month analyses, ensure timely rent collection, and assist in coordinating any necessary maintenance. While we have a recommended list of service providers, it's the homeowner's responsibility to directly engage and hire them.
